Question Can I run Wcal on a Windows* server?

Answer In theory, yes.

The favourite target OS for Wcal is, of course, Linux and the installation process is designed for Unix machines only.

If you want to install Wcal on another type of OS, you have to install it by hand. You can download gcc to compile index.cgi and checkalarm or you can use the index.cgi.in perl script, that comes with the Wcal archive, to replace index.cgi.
