Classes with gray backgrounds are MyNews classes. They don't belongs to the MyCMS model but some MyCMS classes have links to theses classes.
Some links are displayed with dotted lines. It means that they are implicit. The value of the field is not exactly the same as the value of the link field, but you can figure it out. For example, if an MN::CMS::Article object is created with the following id: cms_050204123421_joel, a MN::CMS::Link object will have for example an id like this: cms_050204123421_joel_1.
